1. General Information As Tatplas, we consider customer satisfaction our primary goal. Therefore, you can easily carry out your return and exchange processes regarding the products you have purchased.

2. Right of Return Our customers have the right to return the products they have purchased within 14 days after receiving them. Return requests will be accepted provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging.

3. Return Conditions

• Products to be returned must be unused and have their tags attached.

• The product must be sent back with its original packaging.
